Partnered with American Councils, National University of Mongolia, the Ministry of Educaiton of Mongolia, and the U.S. Emabassy to develop a strategy for the national Center of Excellence focused on strengthining English language instruction and educator development.

Supported the successful launch of a new K–12 school by partnering with the founding administrative team and inaugural faculty prior to opening. Our work focused on establishing leadership capacity, instructional systems, and the foundational structures needed to create a strong school culture from day one.

Conducted an indepth diagnostic and created a year long professional developement and instructional observation and feedback systems to strengethen instructioanl practices.

Delivered professional development for GER Hub staff while partnering on a LEGO Foundation grant to design and support sustainable ger daycare centers to increase access to quality early childhood education in rural communities.

Provided an in-depth diagnostic of instructional practices and created a strategic plan to improve instruction.
